The Speaker of the House Inspection Services Inspection Agreement is an outline  for the inspection.  The agreement details what we can and cannot do on a typical home inspection.  Since January of 2003 all home inspectors involved in a Real Estate transaction have to be licensed by the State of Illinois.  All inspections are now completed following the standards as set forth by the State of Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate  and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)
